Jack Vaughan
Chief Operations Officer
As COO of Youth Prevention Mentors, Jack has spearheaded many successful collaborations with the senior leaders of major behavioral health organizations. In addition to writing the YPM blog, newsletter, and handbook, Jack has also designed the innovative EF12™ program and curriculum which has become a staple of YPM’s services.
As a professional case manager, Jack has helped numerous families navigate crisis both big and small. He has collaborated with top clinicians and treatment providers across the country to provide joint behavioral health solutions for the families that he serves. As a professional mentor, Jack has worked on several long-term companion cases across the country and has helped individuals with a wide array of struggles including executive dysfunction, substance use disorder, trauma, mood disorders, and failure to launch. He still maintains a select caseload and loves his continued work as a mentor.
Having faced his own personal struggles with ADHD, executive functioning, and bipolar, Jack is well-attuned to the trials and difficulties of late youth and early adulthood. Today, Jack is honored to work alongside his colleagues and serve as COO of YPM. Above all else, Jack is deeply passionate about helping each and every family that comes to YPM and is relentless in his pursuit to provide them with the best possible support available. He also has his Recovery Coach Professional (RCP) designation from CCAR, has completed The Science of Well-Being for Teens Certification from Yale University, and is candidate for his Masters in Positive Psychology at Arizona State University.
